Delivery
- All orders are shipped securely by special delivery to ensure you receive your order quickly and in excellent condition.
- Our aim is to process all orders within 2 working days of receipt on our premises and despatch by PARCEL FORCE '48 HOUR SERVICE'. However during peak periods or unavailability of stock, the sheer volume of work may entail slightly longer delivery periods therefore please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Please order early.
- Orders are fully insured free of charge for your peace of mind at no extra cost.
Postal Charges:
- UK Mainland & N. Ireland Only: £10.00
- Heavy items are subject to extra charge at cost.
Overseas customers:
- Please email for a quote on shipping as prices may vary depending on your country of residence.
Guarantee:
- New Goods - If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused within 7 days for a full refund. We regret the carriage charge is not refundable.
- All our equipment carry a 3 month performance guarantee.However we do reserve the right to refuse refund/replacement if in our opinion the product has not been used in accordance with standard use.I.E bats MUST be knocked in for at least 10 hrs prior to use.Please see information sheet we provide with all bat sales for correct knocking in procedure.
Exchange of goods:
- If we have sent you the correct item/s in accordance with your order, but you wish to exchange an item/s, we will gladly do so subject to our EXCHANGE CHARGE of £4.95 which includes carriage, handling and insurance.
Prices:
- All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5 % where applicable.
- We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Prices ruling on the day of despatch shall apply.
